The company's Enterprise Architecture Office is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to provide leadership and oversight associated with the Platforms and Data Solutions architecture in relation to the engineering and operations! Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; Advanced degree preferred 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and/or Platform Architecture for a financial services organization 3+ years of relevant large-scale enterprise transformation experience as relates to architecture is preferred Prior experience in the primary or secondary mortgage industry is desirable Deep knowledge of various enterprise level Platforms widely used in the industry Tech Certifications desirable (AWS, GCP, Azure, CNCF, etc) Hands-on and architectural experience with these is required in this role, as well as proven record of leading architects through organizational transformations Familiarity with AI/Client platforms desirable Keys To Success in This Role Highly motivated and energetic self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills; demonstrable experience operating at high standards of quality and accuracy within a fast-paced changing environment Superb communication, leadership and relationship management skills, that enable partnering with and influencing key customers in an open, collaborative environment at all levels in an organization Technical and Architectural leadership with knowledge of both legacy and modern cloud based distributed systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to succinctly present sophisticated subject matter, specifically translating technology problems/solutions to business partners Skills: Agile Programming Methodologies, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Ansible, Architectural Services, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Caching, Cloud Computing, Communication Skills, Data Management, Distributed Computing, Emerging Technology, Enterprise Architecture, Financial Services, GCP (Good Clinical Practices), HDFS (Hadoop Distributed File System), IBM Tivoli, Information/Data Security (InfoSec), Jenkins, Leadership, Microsoft Windows Azure, NoSQL, Organizational Skills, Presentation/Verbal Skills, Relational Databases (RDBMS), Relationship Management, Sales Management, Secondary Mortgages, Selenium, Software Engineering, Team Player, Technical Leadership, Time Management, Writing Skills
