Los Angeles based artist’s studio seeks a full-time Designer to support all phases (design through construction administration and project closeout) of a complex multi-building project for artist’s residence, studio and exhibition space in Colorado. The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated and organized individual with a collaborative approach and strong design skills. 3-5 years of experience post-graduate and a professional degree in ArchitectureExcellent time management and organizational skillsDetail oriented and an eye for designExcellent 2D drawing and 3D modeling capabilitiesProficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Rhino, and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication skills and willing to work in a fast-paced creative work environmentAbility to travel periodically to the project site in ColoradoExperience with construction administration and familiarity with submittals, RFIs, and shop drawing review preferredExperience with interiors/FF&E coordination preferred Work is supervised by a licensed Architect and hours can be reviewed to meet Internship requirements.
