Job Description:
10 to 15 years of experience in IBM i / AS400. Expert-level proficiency in SYNON. Strong experience in RPG, ILE/RPG, SQL RPG/RPGLE, CL/CLLE. Experience with LANSA and LANSA for Web. Strong experience in DB2/400. Experience with MQ, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, FTP/SFTP. Hands-on experience with debugging, profiling, and performance optimization. Experience integrating IBM i applications with Java, .NET, web applications, or cloud platforms. Exposure to IBM i modernization tools and strategies. Experience with change management and version control tools such as Aldon, Turn Over, and Git. Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices. Experience in solutioning, reviewing, and validating technical documentation. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience working in a client-facing technical lead role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
