Assistant Drafter

**Job Title:** **Assistant Drafter**

EVAPCO Inc. is an Employee Owned manufacturing company with global resources and solutions for worldwide heat transfer applications headquartered in Taneytown, MD and has an immediate full-time opening for an Assistant Drafter. We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team!

**Specific Responsibilities:**

* Must learn and utilize Solid Edge modeling software.
* Makes detail drawings from 3D unit models created by Sr. Designers, Designers, and Sr. Drafters.
* Revise drafts and models, directed by Sr. Designers, Designers, and Sr. Drafters
* After training, this person must demonstrate the ability to review and check their own work.

**Qualifications:**

* Must have SOLIDWORKS Certificate or Comparable Certificate from College or University.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Strong attention to detail required.
* Must possess excellent communication and computer skills.
* Ability to work on multiple assignments/projects with minimal supervision.
* Must possess excellent organizational skills.
* Must have the ability to meet required deadlines.
