The School of Architecture at Marywood University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor in Architectural Engineering who will also serve as Program Coordinator beginning August 2026. Responsibilities include: • Teaching undergraduate courses in areas such as structural systems design, modeling, and simulation • Leading program development and coordination efforts • Advancing accreditation and continuous improvement processes • Maintaining an active scholarly and/or professional agenda • Advising and mentoring students • Engaging in university, professional, and community service Minimum qualifications: • Master's degree in Architectural Engineering or related field • Demonstrated teaching effectiveness or strong potential Preferred qualifications: • PhD or terminal degree in a related field • Professional licensure or certifications • Relevant professional experience and/or program development experience Marywood University is a mission-driven institution located on a verdant, 115-acre campus in Scranton, Pennsylvania, committed to academic excellence, ethical engagement, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
