Salary: $65,000 – $85,000

The Role

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will:

Support projects from concept through construction administrationHelp manage project schedules, budgets, and hoursLead aspects of projects/small projectsParticipate in design discussions and technical developmentCollaborate with internal teams, clients, and consultantsHave mentorship from senior staff and leadership with the opportunity to grow into a Project Manager role

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for candidates who understand that great architecture requires both design thinking and execution discipline.

You should have:

4+ years of experience, ideally in commercial and/or hospitality projects

Exposure and/or experience to the full project lifecycle

Understanding of how budgets, schedules, and coordination impact outcomes

Ability to balance design excellence with business realities

Experience with:

RevitAutoCADBluebeam

Also important:

Licensure, on the path to licensure, or a desire to pursue licensure, is a plus and we support itA collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and contribute where are when neededInterest in building real, constructed workDesire to grow into a Project Manager

Location & Work Environment

Office located in Glen Mills, PAPrimarily in-office, with flexibility as needed and approvedTypical hours are between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM M - F
