Associate Architect

Architectural license a MUST Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture required; Doctorate Degree a plus LEED Accreditation a plus Proficient in in Revit, AutoCAD and other software related to the architectural field At least 5 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects Experience in Education, Commercial, Housing, Healthcare, and/or Aviation Department of Defense experience REQUIRED Experience doing on-site field investigation and observation during construction Hawaii resident is a MUST Extraordinary responsiveness to clients/team members on important, fast-paced projects A passion for working collaboratively with clients and team members to solve unique and complex challenges Ability to organize project design, development, and production delivery Ability to identify and address issues, follow protocol and procedure, and reach the highest and best resolution Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple projects Strong organizational and communication skills, both internally and externally Ability to mentor other professionals Ability to work with governing authorities to obtain building permits, documenting code review, and approvals 100% employer-paid medical/dental plan for employee Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401K plan Company-paid fees/dues upon management approval for organizations joined on behalf of the organization Free parking Additional benefits pending 90-day evaluation period
