Shugart Wasse Workshop (SWW) tries to maintain a collaborative and supportive work environment and we know that caring for our staff means providing the ability for them to Work-From-Home when necessary. If you possess the ability to work independently as well as in a team, can demonstrate your design skills, love to work out creative solutions for a variety of clients, possess strong competency in the widely used architectural design software, and have experience in all phases of the design process, then SWW may be the studio for you.
