We specialize in Strategic Planning, Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement, and Master Planning & Design, aimed at enhancing business efficiencies through integrated multi-disciplinary approaches. Key Responsibilities: Bring technical expertise in laboratory planning and programming for academic research and other technical facilities.Provide leadership in laboratory facility planning, covering programming, design, equipment planning, MEP systems integration, and casework specifications.Conduct meetings to gather program needs and specifications for various laboratory types.Understand clients' program requirements and adhere to their standards to ensure project completion.Assist in the design development and review of laboratory concepts and solutions.Help establish project scope, plans, and services while translating complex ideas into understandable terms for all stakeholders.Partner with project managers and engineers to set project budgets and milestones.Communicate planning concepts effectively through verbal, graphic, and written reports.Create architectural drawings to document planning concepts for construction.Prepare and modify architectural documents including elevations and details.Proactively develop solutions to design and technical challenges in adherence to established standards.Implement quality assurance and control methods throughout project execution.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.Continuously seek new knowledge in laboratory design and planning.Your mission is to not only support our clients but to foster an inclusive culture where diverse perspectives thrive.
