Our office is located in the Georgetown neighborhood in South Seattle. Currently, we are seeking creative, detail-oriented Associate who can contribute to the culture and design excellence of Hoedemaker Pfeiffer. Qualifications: • 2-6 years of architecture firm experience, with at least one year in custom high end residential required • Master/Bachelor degree in Architecture or equivalent in education or experience • Experience generating construction drawings through all architectural phases with working knowledge of drawing conventions and drawing organization • Experience in managing construction documents and tracking changes through all phases of work • Excellent communications skills • Ability to collaborate within a team and work independently • Must have solid design skills as demonstrated by a strong portfolio • Technical skills that include experience with materials, specifications, construction detailing, critical thinking and problem solving • Must live in the Seattle Metro area and be willing to work in the office up to 5 days per week. The Associate position has a pay range of $75,000-$90,000. Offered position and compensation will be determined based on applicant's qualifications and experience.
