Associate Director, Data Engineering & Architecture

This position is crucial for the integration and optimization of data systems, ensuring scalable and efficient data solutions that support our businessobjectives. Define andmaintainenterprise data architecture standards, technology strategies, and Snowflake roadmaps.Establish data governance standards encompassing metadata management, data quality, lineage, and privacy compliance.Evaluate emerging technologies in cloud, AI, analytics, and data through assessments and POCs.Collaborate with IT stakeholders to align technology solutions with businessobjectives.Lead architecture design, solution reviews, and technical governance for data initiatives.Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance for implementation teams.Manage stakeholder requests and prioritize them to align with business needs.Facilitate meetings with IT and business stakeholders to drive alignment on business needs.Engage proactively with leadership to manage dependencies on other departments.Make independent decisions on complex projects and strategic initiatives.Plan and estimate project timelines to deliver as per established priorities. You are a forward-thinking individual with a passion for data architecture and analytics.
