This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication abilities. Create and manage documentation and reports for projects within our shared Drive Identify the goals and requirements of each project through communication with Sales Directors and analyze various federal and local data collection outfits to gain necessary project information Track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challenges Maintain current knowledge on product manufacturer’s requirements applicable to each project Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for conveying information confidently, directly, respectfully, precisely, and accurately Highly motivated to research and report in great detail and with clarity Exceptional time management skills, self awareness, and flexibility as required to set and meet reasonable project deadlines within the agreed upon hours of operation Trustworthy and comfortable with working while being isolated in front of a computer for multiple hours at a time Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
