Associate/Junior architectural designer

We’re looking for someone with a strong design eye who is organized, proactive, open to feedback, and excited to learn and grow within a small design studio. 0–3 years of experience in residential design Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field preferred Strong proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Layout, and Enscape Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and visual communication Basic understanding of residential construction, detailing, and building codes Strong design sense for both architectural and interior spaces Detail-oriented and organized Proactive and able to manage assigned tasks and deadlines Comfortable receiving feedback and developing designs as part of a team Able to communicate clearly and work effectively both remotely and in person Located in or able to commute to Boca Raton for site visits, meetings, and future in-office work Health insurance support or monthly health stipend Paid time off Paid holidays Performance-based bonuses Regular performance and salary reviews Opportunity to grow with the studio and take on more responsibility over time $56,000–$68,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
