Associate​/Senior Architect

Position: Associate / Senior Architect The CompanyOur client are an established architectural practice with multiple offices across the UK. Their project portfolio is diverse and includes civic buildings, hotels, residential schemes, commercial projects and public projects.They are often trusted with some of the most prestigious projects in the UK and internationally due to their ability to understand the context of a building within it's local surroundings.Due to continued success, our client are looking to strengthen their senior leadership team in Oxford and are looking to hire an Associate / Senior Architect.The practice have secured 2 incredibly interesting, large commercial projects in the centre of Oxford which incorporate both new build and existing-building elements. The projects on adjacent sites require a good eye for design, an ability to deliver a cutting-edge modern building as well as a sense of the public realm, place making and contextual sensitivity.The OpportunityThe opportunity to take a landmark, large scale commercial project in the centre of Oxford from design right through to delivery.In the long term become a part of the Senior leadership team in the Oxford office, with a planned progression path in the practice.To work for a multi region, international architecture practice with a global reputation, excellent work-life balance and commitment to staff well being.The RequirementsPrior experience working as a Senior Architect, Associate, Associate Director or similarAn ability to lead packages/aspects of medium-large scale projectsUnderstand the planning processInterested in running and managing a small team (team of around 2-5 people)Experience of working with commercial developers (Preferred)Experience working on Oxford-based projects (Preferred)There is an excellent salary on offer in addition to profit share and an extensive list of benefits including hybrid working, generous holiday allowance and much more.Candidates with notice periods up to 3 months will be considered for this position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
