Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and schematics that support various construction, architectural, and engineering projects. Your expertise will help translate conceptual ideas into clear, actionable plans that guide successful project execution. Responsibilities

Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
Create comprehensive schematics, system designs, and technical layouts for construction and interior design projects.
Utilize software tools such as SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, SolidWorks, Grasshopper 3D, Rhinoceros 3D, Bluebeam, and 3ds Max to enhance drawing quality and project visualization.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and designers to interpret project requirements and incorporate feedback into final drafts.
Prepare detailed documentation for construction teams, including plans, elevations, sections, and annotations.
Review and revise drawings based on project updates or client input to ensure precision and clarity.
Maintain organized digital files of all drawings and revisions in accordance with company standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in drafting using AutoCAD; familiarity with additional software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, SolidWorks, Grasshopper 3D, Rhinoceros 3D is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of drafting principles across disciplines including architecture, mechanical design, interior design, system design, and graphic design.
Knowledge of construction processes and building codes to produce compliant drawings.
Ability to interpret complex schematics and technical specifications accurately.
Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
