AutoCAD / Revit Designer (Architecture & Engineering)

Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed architectural and engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Revit Develop and maintain building models (BIM) for project coordination Produce construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details Coordinate drawings with civil, structural, and MEP disciplines Assist in code compliance documentation (IBC, IRC, IPC, IECC, etc.) Required Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit Strong understanding of construction documents and detailing Knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction methods Familiarity with applicable building codes and regulations Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Technical drafting and modeling expertise Problem-solving and coordination skills Clear communication with team members and consultants Ability to work independently and in a team environment
