**AutoCAD Technician**

KEITH is seeking an **AutoCAD Technician** in our Pompano Beach, FL office. We are looking for positive individuals to fit our energetic culture. **Responsibilities:**

* Assist in the preparation and updating of engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
* Support design staff with drafting tasks for civil engineering, land development, utility, and infrastructure projects.
* Make revisions to drawings based on redlines and feedback from engineers and project managers.
* Assist with organizing and maintaining electronic project files and CAD libraries.
* Help incorporate field data, sketches, and markups into CAD drawings under supervision.
* Provide general drafting support to engineering and design teams as needed.
* Learn and apply company CAD standards and drafting best practices through on-the-job training.

**Qualifications:**

* Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
* Exposure to AutoCAD Civil 3D is required; willingness to learn and improve skills is essential.
* Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads experience is a plus, but not required.
* Strong interest in civil engineering drafting and design.
* Ability to read and interpret basic engineering sketches and markups.
* Basic PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and CAD software.
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude in a team environment.
* Ability to take direction, ask questions, and manage assigned tasks.
* Associate degree or technical certification in CAD Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred, but not required.
* Internship, coursework, or limited professional experience in CAD is a plus.
