Job Description:

We are seeking a senior-level AV Collaboration Architect / Senior Engineer to lead the design, integration, and optimization of enterprise AV, digital signage, streaming, and collaboration technologies.

This role requires a highly autonomous individual who can independently drive initiatives from strategy through implementation while partnering with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Design and architect enterprise AV and collaboration solutions. Lead integrations across AV, streaming, identity, and collaboration platforms. Provide implementation oversight and technical leadership. Coordinate vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Develop architecture documents, SOPs, runbooks, and user-facing documentation. Drive change management, communications, and adoption activities. Identify risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities.

Strong experience with:

BrightSign Appspace Cisco RoomOS Cisco xAPI Kaltura Vbrick Microsoft 365 Microsoft Teams Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Okta Experience designing and supporting enterprise AV, digital signage, and collaboration environments. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven success leading complex enterprise initiatives with minimal oversight.
