AV Solutions Architect The AV Solutions Architect is a pre-sales technical professional with deep expertise in audiovisual systems and solutions. This role partners closely with customers, sales teams, and technical staff to assess existing environments and design scalable, high-quality AV solutions that align with clients' business and operational objectives. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.3-5 years of experience in the audiovisual industry.Demonstrated AV system design experience; CTS-D certification preferred.Advanced computer skills related to the design, configuration, and operation of AV systems.Experience working with AV test and calibration equipment.Ability to support and participate in user acceptance testing.Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex system issues.Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear, value-driven business solutions.Experience creating accurate quotes and Statements of Work (SOWs) under tight deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including business writing proficiency.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
