What You’ll Do Build a deep understanding of business strategy by working closely with business and IT stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational goalsServe as a thought leader on the effective and innovative use of technology to solve business problemsIdentify opportunities to create value by implementing new platforms or re‑architecting existing systemsLead the creation of product and system roadmaps, defining future‑state architecture and capabilitiesDesign end‑to‑end solutions that address architecture, business processes, security, and technology requirementsDevelop and present comparative analyses of solution options, including risks, tradeoffs, and recommendationsHelp prioritize investments and initiatives across a portfolio of product backlogsSupport delivery teams with technical quality assurance, design guidance, and debuggingCoach teams on solution patterns, Agile delivery, DevOps, and modern engineering practicesAnalyze and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and outcomesBuild financial models to support technology investment decisionsParticipate in architecture review forums, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practicesPromote a culture of adaptability, innovation, problem‑solving, and continuous learningWhat You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (MBA preferred)7+ years of experience in technical architecture and systems implementation3+ years of experience with:Microsoft Azure and cloud architecture conceptsBusiness process engineering (Lean)Agile and DevOps practicesCI/CD pipelines and automationEvent‑driven architecturesETL pipelines, data lakes, and/or data warehouse architecturesIdentity and access management solutions (e.g., Okta or similar)SaaS integrations in enterprise environmentsFinancial modeling and business case developmentArchitecture and modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart; Mermaid/PlantUML a plus)Experience with AWS and Databricks strongly preferredStrong leadership, collaboration, and communication skillsAbility to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and be viewed as a trusted technical advisor
