This position provides system architecture expertise, advanced programming strategy, technical standards leadership, mentorship, and critical escalation support for complex or high-value BAS projects and service situations. This role supports difficult technical issues that exceed normal field execution capability, reviews and advises on BAS network architecture and integration strategy, and helps establish consistent technical standards across the Controls organization. Key Responsibilities System Architecture & Technical Strategy - Design, review, and advise on BAS network architecture, controller architecture, system integration strategy, and front-end configuration approach. Qualifications Required - 8–10+ years of BAS, DDC controls, HVAC controls, commissioning, programming, system integration, service escalation, or related technical experience, or equivalent demonstrated capability. - Demonstrated ability to create standards, mentor senior staff, communicate with leadership, and support technical decision-making across projects.
