Responsibilities and Duties:
**Design & Drafting Support**
* Assist in creating and updating 2D and 3D BIM drawings for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping).
* Support the detailing of construction layouts, schematics, and shop drawings.
* Ensure all drawings meet company drafting standards and project specifications.
* Revise drawings as directed by BIM Trade Leads, Project Coordinators, or BIM Coordinators
* Assist with coordination between mechanical, electrical, and structural drawings to identify potential clashes or conflicts.
**Learning & Development**
* Gain an understanding of mechanical construction processes, prefabrication, and field installation.
* Learn to interpret design drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
* Participate in team meetings, design reviews, and training sessions.
**Qualifications**
**Skills & Abilities**
* Basic proficiency in **Revit** and **Navisworks** a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Willingness to learn and apply new technical skills
**Education:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
