The Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager leads the development, implementation, and optimization of BIM standards, workflows, and technologies across the firm. Provide BIM leadership and technical support to project teams from concept through construction.Oversee model setup, coordination, and quality control to ensure accuracy and compliance with firm standards.Collaborate with consultants (structural, MEP, contractors) to support interdisciplinary model coordination. Partner with firm leadership to align BIM strategy with business goals.Promote continuous improvement and innovation in digital design processes. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.5+ years of professional experience in architecture or related discipline, with strong BIM focus.Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; strong working knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.Experience developing and managing BIM standards and workflows.Strong understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, and coordination processes.Ability to collaborate effectively within project teams.
