BIM Modeler/ Architectural Drafter

High School Diploma minimum, plus (5) years drafting experience in Revit in an architect's office environment. A degree from an architectural college is a plus but not a requirement.
Proficient in Revit, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
Knowledge of virtual meeting programs including Zoom and Teams

Salary is negotiable based upon experience and skillset

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with teams to produce architectural drawings through SD, DD and CD, including Revit modeling, sheet layouts, detail design and development.
Perform clash detection and coordination with engineers.
Release projects for various submissions.
Printing and scanning of documents.
Assist with in-office construction administration tasks such as producing drawing updates, responding to RFI’s, completing submittals and tracking logs.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
