Collaboration: Works closely with design teams, architects, and engineers to integrate designs into BIM models.Technical Expertise: Proficient in using BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) to produce models.Problem Solving: Resolves day-to-day modeling challenges and ensures the accuracy of models.Level of Responsibility: Operates at the project level, focusing on execution tasks.Leadership Role: Typically works under the guidance of BIM managers or project leadsTraining Role: May assist in training junior staff on modeling practices.Reporting: Reports to BIM Managers, project managers, or team leads.Your Qualifications 3-8 years: Mid-level experience managing models, integrating systems, and contributing to project setups.8+ years: Advanced expertise in BIM technologies, mentoring teams, and leading project facilitation.Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Revit) and related tools.
