**Job Description**
**We are currently seeking an Architecture & Preservation intern who will report to the Vice President of Architecture & Preservation as part of our dynamic team in New York.**
**Role Mission**
This opportunity will allow you to gain experience within a luxury brand that will support you for your next endeavor and future career. You will gain a well-rounded overview of store planning as a whole and learn to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**How you will contribute:**
* Maintain Store network project archives (update drawings and photo books)
* Support department with updating contracts/agreements and liaise with legal dept. (lease agreements, AIA, global suppliers)
* Support department with regular project updates and reporting to Worldwide Store Planning & Finance by collecting update data
* Create presentations for regional project reviews and BV Board
**Who you are:**
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
* Knowledgeable in CAD
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to take initiative and perform tasks in a self-sufficient manner
* Excellent communication and writing skills
* Prior architectural work is a plus
* **Available 32 hours a week**
* **Students MUST be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship.**
**Salary- New York:**
* **$17/hr.**
