Expertise in IBM BPM The skillsets needed are IBM BPM w human tasks NET UIIBM Integration Designer Proficiency in using IBM Integration Designer to create integration logic for invoking and exposing servicesService Oriented Architecture SOA Strong understanding of SOA principles and the ability to design and implement SOA based solutionsStrong expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, business process modeling, workflow methodologies, and end-to-end process design across Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain functions Skilled in conducting detailed business analysis, documenting functional requirements, creating application specifications, identifying pain points, and delivering scalable and sustainable process solutions aligned with business objectives Hands-on experience developing detailed process maps and workflow documentation using Visio, Signavio, ARIS, and similar BPM tools.Good to have experience in RPA
