Ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of experience and be on their path to licensure. Assignments may include higher level work for training/development purposes. • Under direction of Project Architect, creates project designs and construction documents, including but not limited to floor plans, ceiling and roof plans, plan details, sections, wall details, section details, elevations, schedules and legends – as well as tagging, noting and plotting thereof. • Under direction of Project Architect, researches codes and guidelines to ensure designs meet with all applicable codes and standards. Requires use of hardhat, construction boots, and possibly other safety equipment as required on a construction site.
