* 3+ years of experience in construction, BIM/VDC coordination, field engineering, or trade coordination.
* Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and related BIM software.
* Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, sequencing, and MEPF systems.
* Experience conducting model coordination and clash detection processes.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
* Knowledge of construction workflows, field operations, and subcontractor coordination.
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively with project managers, superintendents, foremen, and trade partners.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with laser scanning, reality capture, and point cloud management.
* Experience working on healthcare, data center, manufacturing, semiconductor, or large commercial construction projects.
