Performs labor in the general maintenance and repair of buildings, systems and equipment. Knowledge of the practices, methods, and materials in HVAC maintenance and repair. Skilled in the use and care of tools and equipment used in the type of work outlined in the essential job duties above. Ability to perform routine heavy manual labor as required.
