Business Architect

Business Architect, responsible for engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop capabilities for Value Stream roadmaps in a full-time remote position. Key Responsibilities Engage with business and IT stakeholders to document company strategy and make recommendations for transition plans Collaborate with architects to translate Value Stream goals into actionable roadmaps and support the SAFe Portfolio Kanban process Contribute to the growth of Business Architecture practices and perform other assigned duties Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, IT systems, or a related discipline Three years of experience in creating business capability roadmaps and deconstructing complex concepts Five years of preferred experience in strategic and technical roles within large organizational projects In-depth knowledge of company operations and the broader enterprise Certification in Business Architecture is preferred
