ResponsibilitiesThe Business Architect of Public Safety will provide expert technical sales support and engineering services for NWN's robust Public Safety portfolio, assisting with client needs analysis, solution design, proposal generation, scope of work development, and maintaining strategic relationships with key partners. Act as the lead technical resource during the presales process, working closely with the sales team as the key advisor on Public Safety solutions. Work cross-functionally with internal teams including EMP (Experience Management Platform), networking, cybersecurity, visual collaboration, managed services, and other groups to deliver integrated solutions and accelerate deal closure. Required 4-6 years of experience in a technical leadership role on small to medium size projects in the areas of integration or support services. Required 5+ years of experience in Public Safety communications, preferably with deep knowledge of Motorola Solutions (VESTA 9-1-1/VESTA NXT call handling) and NG911 ecosystems.
