Job Description

Experienced Business Analyst with expertise in enterprise application implementation, business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement. Responsible for translating business requirements into functional specifications, facilitating workshops, documenting business processes, supporting UAT activities, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions for the MAX solution implementation.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

This position is for a government client and we can only hire US citizens or full green card holders.

Strong analytical and documentation skills.Experience with enterprise application implementation and business process mapping.Knowledgeable in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and UAT coordination.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Knowledgeable on the ADOT MVD MAX Solution.Based in the United States.

The base compensation range for the position in the U.S. is -$115,080to$218,520based on a full-time schedule reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Kyndryl, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction, including, but not limited to, geography, relevant job-related skills, education and experience, certification and licenses, internal pay equity, and market and business consideration. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
