Business Process Architect

A company is looking for a Business Process Architect. Key Responsibilities Design frameworks, methodologies, and templates for professional services consultative offerings Lead cross-functional workshops to assess and optimize business processes across departments Serve as a subject matter expert for architecturally complex customer-facing initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field (Master's degree a plus) 7+ years of experience in business process architecture, enterprise process design, or management consulting Experience in post-merger integration and enterprise change management strongly preferred Proficiency in process modeling and optimization tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio) Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma is a strong plus
