Business Process Architect

The opportunityDelaware North is hiring a full-time Business Process Architect to join our team in Buffalo, New York. More about youBachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; master’s degree is preferred Lean Six Sigma certification, Change Management certification, project or program management certification, and Business Process Management certification is a plus Minimum of 10 years of experience in business process, transformation, operational excellence, or continuous improvement, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional process redesign and transformation initiatives with a proven ability to lead in matrixed environments and collaborate across business units and corporate functions Familiarity with automation technologies such as RPA, workflow automation, and intelligent document processing as well as proficiency in process mapping or modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS, or Bizagi Understanding of change management principles and how to apply them to process and system transformation Comfortable with enterprise analytics and performance measurement tools to monitor effectiveness and adoption At Delaware North, you’re not just part of a team — you’re part of a global legacy: a family-owned company with 100+ years of history behind it.
