We are looking for a highly skilled Cabinet Finisher to join our custom shop. This isn't a role for someone who just "sprays paint"; we are seeking a craftsperson who understands the chemistry, artistry, and precision required for high-end custom cabinetry and architectural millwork. You will be responsible for bringing raw, handcrafted pieces to life with flawless finishes that meet the exacting standards of our luxury clientele. 5+ Years of Professional Experience: Specific expertise in a custom wood shop or high-end cabinet finishing environment.Chemical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of urethane chemistry, including proper mix ratios, pot life management, and environmental requirements for curing.Technical Spray Proficiency: Proven experience with AAA (Air-Assisted Airless) systems, including daily setup, pressure adjustment, and deep-cleaning protocols.Strong Portfolio: You must provide photos or examples of your work showcasing high-gloss finishes, complex stains, or intricate architectural millwork.Detail Obsessed: An "eye for perfection" and the patience required for multi-step finish processes.Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.Reliability: MUST be punctual, reliable and capable of working independently as well as a positive team contributor.Why Join Us?
