We are seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter with strong residential design experience to support the development of construction documents, design plans, and project drawings. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of residential building codes, architectural standards, and drafting best practices. This role works closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to produce accurate, high-quality drawings for new builds, renovations, and additions.
**This role is fully onsite in Tampa FL**
**Salary: $25-30/hour**
### Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and site layouts for residential projects using AutoCAD.
* Develop and update construction documents based on design specifications, field measurements, and client requirements.
* Ensure all drawings comply with residential building codes, zoning requirements, and company drafting standards.
* Revise and finalize plans based on feedback from architects, engineers, and project managers.
* Maintain organized project files, drawing logs, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve design conflicts, verify dimensions, and ensure accuracy.
### Requirements:
* 3+ years AutoCAD drafting experience
* Residential CAD drafting experience
