CAD/BIM Designer

Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a process mechanical **CAD/BIM Designer based in Denver**to work alongside staff Engineers and Senior CAD Designers, in the design and production of contract documents for various Water, Wastewater, Pump Station, and Pipeline projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare site plans, plans, sections, and details for water, wastewater and stormwater facilities.
* Coordinate with other disciplines (Site Civil, Structural, Architectural, HVAC, Electrical, and I&C) to help resolve design conflicts and challenges.
* Ensure drawings comply with company and client CAD/BIM standards and styles
* Create BIM models, Revit families, and CAD based files for use in the production of contract documents.
* Help design teams with the assembly of submittals throughout project delivery.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Revit knowledge and skills required
* Some 2D AutoCAD MEP skills desired
* Completion of technical school CAD design certificate with emphasis on Revit or Engineering Technology Associate’s degree
* Some design experience with water and/or wastewater projects desired
* Basic understanding of process and chemical piping materials and fittings helpful
* Hardworking, focused, and willingness to learn is important
* A minimum of 4 years' experience.
