CAD/BIM Designer, Revit MEP

Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a Revit MEP Designer with knowledge and experience designing Process Mechanical piping in Revit to work alongside staff Engineers and Senior CAD/BIM Designers. This position will include the design and production of contract documents for various Water, Wastewater and Pump Station facilities projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Creation of Revit models, Revit families, and CAD base files for use in creating contract documents
* Ability to design piping layouts in Revit to produce enlarged plans, sections, and details for various process mechanical systems
* Coordinate with other disciplines (Site Civil, Structural, Architectural, HVAC, Electrical, and I&C) to help resolve design conflicts and challenges
* Executing redlines from Engineers and senior CAD/BIM Designers
* Ensure drawing compliance with company and client CAD standards
* Ambition to learn, communicate effectively, and collaborate with other designers

**Required Qualifications:**

* Completion of a technical school with CAD design certificate or Associate’s degree with emphasis on Revit MEP preferred
