CAL - Collaborative Architecture Laboratory is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Architect to join our team for an office build-out project in Florida. This role will work out of the New York City office full-time. Local candidates to New York only.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading architectural projects through design, documentation, coordination, and construction, with a strong background in office, commercial, and hospitality projects. This is a highly client-facing role requiring excellent communication, organization, and the ability to coordinate effectively across consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day management and delivery of the projectServe as a primary point of contact with the client and project teamManage project schedules, deliverables, and consultant coordinationLeading a team through all phases from Concept Design to Construction AdministrationCoordinate with contractors and consultants throughout constructionIdentify and resolve technical and coordination issues as they arise

Qualifications

Professional degree in Architecture10+ years of professional experienceStrong professional experience managing architectural projectsStrong technical knowledge and understanding of construction documentationExperience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams (MEP, Civil, Structural, etc.)Skilled in Rhino, Revit, and AutoCADSkilled in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc)Architectural licensure is preferredInterior design experience is a plus
