The role ensures innovation moves intentionally from exploration to trusted, production-grade systems that improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and scientific impact within regulated, clinical environments and owns the what and why of applied innovation by setting direction, priorities, guardrails, and trade-offs. Develop and deliver a roadmap for the application of analytics, AI, automation, and digital capabilities across Cytel’s current services, future service models, and emerging clinical domains, aligned with scientific rigor and regulatory expectations. In partnership, establish governance principles that ensure the responsible, ethical, and compliant use of analytics, AI, automation, and digital technologies across Cytel. Strong experience in AI, product strategy, or emerging technology leadership, ideally in a global or enterprise context. Experience in regulated environments or highly scalable enterprise platforms.
