Key Responsibilities Set and maintain architectural direction for the platform and customer migration Prototype and validate architectural decisions before scaling Manage and develop Front-end and AI Architects while ensuring cohesive architecture Required Qualifications 12-15+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on architectural leadership Deep expertise in backend architecture, distributed systems, and data flows Proven experience in scaling production platforms and managing customer migrations Strong experience in designing REST APIs at scale Ability to mentor senior engineers and influence engineering culture
