About the Opportunity Own and define the end-to-end platform architecture for a large-scale, distributed systemLead the design of cloud-based and edge-enabled infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on scalability and reliabilityEstablish technical standards, frameworks, and best practices for engineering teamsGuide architectural decisions across data, identity, infrastructure, and system integrationBuild and mentor a growing engineering team (starting as the first infrastructure hire)Partner with leadership to translate strategic goals into technical execution plansEnsure systems are designed to meet security, compliance, and performance requirementsWhat You Bring Proven experience as a Chief Architect / Principal Architect / Lead Architect in complex environmentsStrong background building and deploying production-grade platforms from scratch (greenfield)Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure (preferred) or similar cloud ecosystemsExperience designing distributed systems, including edge or hybrid deploymentsBackground working in government, regulated, or high-compliance environmentsDemonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal directionTrack record of owning architecture through design, build, and delivery phasesHighly Preferred Must be a U.S. CitizenMust be eligible to obtain a security clearanceAbility to work on-site in Alpharetta, GA on a daily basisWillingness to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with aggressive delivery timelinesWhy This Role The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
