Chief Architect

We’re seeking an experienced Chief Architect to lead the architectural design of a robust, scalable, and secure technology platform. HR, you will be responsible for defining the architectural vision, prioritizing architectural and platform‑level technology investments, and sponsoring growth of a high‑performing architecture team. Oversee the design, implementation and integration of new technologies, including AI‑driven solutions, into existing data structures and systems that support application development and business intelligence/analytics. Demonstrated leadership in defining architectural styles, patterns, and standards, with responsibility spanning engineering, IT, and security domains, including governance and security of AI/ML systems.
