Job Requirements: preferred) 12+ years of progressive software engineering experience in data‑intensive, high‑integrity environments 5+ years of senior leadership (engineering manager, director, or VP) in a matrixed organization Proficient in Python, Java, C++ Candidate must have a proven track record delivering mission‑critical systems to defense or regulated customers Successful candidate will have architecture experience: micro‑services, event‑driven, data‑centric, cloud‑native Familiarity with SQL and database integration (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar) Exposure to AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud architectures Exceptional communication & stakeholder-management Demonstrated experience in managing projects to meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements Demonstrated experience in proposal development, preferably with Miller Heiman capture methodologies Ability to craft compelling presentations and reports Experience working SaaS platforms
