Chief Enterprise Architect

Position Overview Join our innovative team as a Chief Enterprise Architect, serving as the key technical liaison between development teams and various Medical Informatics departments. Duties and Responsibilities: • Serve as a primary technical resource for Synapse product lines • Maintain technical documentation on product interoperability • Regularly update and post documentation on the Intranet • Demonstrate strong technical writing skills for concise feature requests • Document, plan, and implement enterprise architectures • Collaborate with development to refine product features • Assist marketing in defining product specification requirements • Design serviceability tools for efficient product deployment and troubleshooting • Plan and launch Synapse MI software solutions in enterprise settings • Architect and troubleshoot third-party hardware and software infrastructures • Lead First Of Kind deployments and security/vulnerability initiatives • Coordinate Subject Matter Expert (SME) groups across departments • Offer feedback on new implementations and upgrades • Take a leading role in resolving large-scale issues • Engage in internal projects and team meetings as required • Mentor peers and facilitate knowledge transfer • Exhibit strong project leadership and management skills • Commit to high levels of customer satisfaction • Uphold quality and regulatory compliance in all areas of work • Stay updated on the latest products and technologies • Contribute to process improvement initiatives • Demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving abilities In addition to the above, all employees are expected to: • Exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills • Promote teamwork and collaborative efforts • Provide training and guidance to peers • Deliver high-quality customer service • Utilize effective quality management practices This position is highly active and may require lifting items up to 50 pounds and working on various tasks that involve bending, climbing, and reaching.
