CIM Architect

Job Description: The candidate will lead CIM strategy and architecture, system integration and interoperability, technical leadership, model governance, and grid modernization initiatives while supporting utility operational systems. Key Skills CIM design and implementation using IEC 61970 and IEC 61968 standards, including Network Analysis Model (NAM) maintenance on OSI EMS systems.Hands-on experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect, CIMTool, XML, RDF, and JSON for utility data modeling and data exchange.RTU database creation and maintenance, TMS database modeling, and one-line display support.Experience with EMS, SCADA, TMS, DMS, GIS, and OMS utility environments.Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in the electric utility industry, with at least 3 years focused on CIM design and implementation.Proven experience with IEC 61970 and IEC 61968 standards and their application in utility environments.Experience leading CIM strategy and architecture by designing and governing CIM-compliant data models aligned with utility business and operational needs.Experience driving system integration and interoperability across enterprise applications using IEC 61970/61968 standards.Experience providing technical leadership and collaborating with engineering teams and business, IT, and operations stakeholders.Additional Skills
