## Client Executive / Principal

We're looking for a Client Executive to join our successful, growing architectural firm as a top-level manager. In this role, you'll interact regularly with senior representatives of current and prospective clients while overseeing all client relations for a particular client or multiple clients. Your responsibilities will span project team performance, overall client satisfaction, and strategic firm direction.

## What You'll Do

You'll have an extremely strong presence in our firm with the interpersonal skills and personable demeanor to influence at the highest levels. Your work will touch every part of our operation:

**Strategic Impact**: You'll be a key contributor to defining and guiding our strategic plan. PBK's corporate resources and management team will be made available to support you in meeting these goals.

**Operational Leadership**: You'll be responsible for the delivery of services, development of culture, and execution of processes within the offices. This includes overseeing client relations, project team performance, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

**Business Development**: The ability to establish and develop relationships with potential clients is essential. You'll work closely with our Marketing & Business Development departments to develop new opportunities and build meaningful relationships.

**Team Development**: You'll promote a support structure to further develop your staff's abilities, handle staffing projections, and oversee the recruitment of new team members.

- Day Responsibilities\*\*: Your calendar will include executive meetings, board meetings, major presentations, management and staffing meetings, new hire interviews, client maintenance, business development conferences and seminars, high-level quality assurance reviews, and continuous brief meetings with the Production Director and Project Managers.

## What You'll Need

You must be a Registered Architect in the State of California. You'll need a minimum of 15 years of experience in the architectural profession with no less than 10 years of experience managing project teams and processes. Prior K-12 and/or Higher Education project experience is required to be considered.

## Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $142,666.00 - $213,999.00 annually. The actual offered base salary for California locations will vary depending on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, work location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses in addition to base salary.
