Client Success Architect

What You’ll Do • Refine and scale core customer success processes, including onboarding, adoption planning, platform expansion, health monitoring, and quarterly business reviews • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to drive product adoption, demonstrate value realisation, and identify expansion opportunities • Lead customer advocacy initiatives such as case studies, reference calls, and participation in customer advisory boards • Represent our customer success stories and best practices at industry events, panel discussions, and webinars • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and resolve escalations effectively • Provide customer‑led feedback on product enhancements and feature requests • Travel within the US for on‑site customer meetings, training sessions, and key industry events What You’ll Bring • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience in pre‑sales or customer success within Security, Cloud, or Network Systems • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering or Customer Success role • Proven success in building executive relationships and driving strategic account planning • Broad technical knowledge across risk visibility and prioritisation, cloud architecture, networking, security, and IT transformation • Strong understanding of solution architecture and design across both on‑premise and cloud environments • Experience managing complex customer life cycles, from onboarding through to renewal and expansion • A consultative, proactive, and outcome‑focused approach to customer engagement Disclaimer: Calyptus uses an automated assessment tool that scores applicants. #J-18808-Ljbffr
