* Support IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations management (ITOM) objectives by aligning cloud operations with service delivery frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives. **Qualifications:** * Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust is required. * Proven ability to support incident response, system monitoring, and production operations in a 24/7 or mission-critical environment. * Experience coordinating change management, configuration management, and release processes within structured IT environments. * 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, cloud operations, or enterprise IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a leadership or lead role.
